Hello! I’m a freelance audio producer + journalist based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

My work has ranged from reporting and producing short broadcast voicers and spots to long-form narrative audio stories, multimedia articles, VO, APing, fact-checking, tape syncs, and teaching. For the last several years, I’ve primarily focused on long-form narrative audio storytelling — from a producing fellowship at This American Life to working on the production team of Reveal from The Center for Investigative Reporting. At CIR, I managed broadcast and podcast production and produced investigative stories in collaboration with award-winning audio and print journalists. Projects I worked on there have been honored with IRE, Loeb, and Murrow awards. My reporting has also appeared on NPR, station affiliates KQED Public Radio, KALW, and AKPM, and in The New York Times. You can find some of my work here, and more on my reporting on the AIR Talent Directory and the POC in Audio Directory.

Though I especially cherish supporting reporters and other storytellers in producing their best content for broadcast and podcast audiences, I am also taking freelance reporting, research, and fact-checking assignments right now. I’m especially interested in projects that are health-related, including housing, aging, and mental health. I take pride in making stories that are compelling and accessible.

In the before times, I received a Masters in Journalism with a focus in audio and data from the University of California, Berkeley; and a BA degree in English Literature and Public Policy. More recent trainings and honors have included the 2023 BCBSMA Health Coverage Fellowship in Boston, MA and the 2022 AIR New Voices Fellowship.

When I’m not working, you can find me riding my bike, reading, or watching both great and terrible TV.
